Get Qualified

If you are a Florida resident, and a doctor has diagnosed you with one of a number of qualifying conditions, you may be eligible to receive a recommendation medical marijuana.

Qualifying medical conditions include (but are not limited to): Cancer, epilepsy, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, seizures, Crohn’s disease, PTSD, ALS, chronic muscle spasms, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. Patient’s with other medical conditions in which pain medication can be prescribed may also qualify pending physician recommendation.

Did you know? If you live in Florida for 31 consecutive days or more per year, you are also eligible to apply for a medical marijuana card as a seasonal resident.

    Get Certified

    You and your physician will discuss your medical history and treatment options, including dosages and routes of consumption. Your physician will then write your recommendation, enter your information into the Florida Marijuana Use Registry, and provide you with your patient ID number.

    Remember: Bring a valid state ID and up to date medical records to your medical marijuana appointment.

    Get Your Card

    Use your patient ID number to apply for your medical marijuana ID card on the Medical Marijuana Use Registry website. Be sure to include your email address to receive important updates about your application status.

    The current application processing fee is $75. Online payments take approximately five (5) business days to process.  Current processing time for application review is five (5) business days from payment posting.
