"The children took to the format of the program readily and found it easy to use from the outset. They are very keen to beat the system and delight in reducing the flash time to its fastest: this keeps them interested and, as with all learning at its best, they are assimilating and improving their reading skills without really knowing it!
I am most interested in the program as a tool to help children read ahead - a skill that is needed by all to become fluent readers. The phrases in the gf_wordstores really do help improve abilities to scan and store a succession of words."
